# Manchester City vs Sunderland: Match Preview

Sunderland travel to Manchester on boxing day hoping to cause an upset as the Black Cats look to close the gap on the relegation zone. The last meeting between these sides was a no contest as City dumped Sunderland out the Capital One Cup earlier this season with a 4-1 victory at the Stadium of Light.
