Sunderland winger Jeremain Lens says he is unhappy at being benched and is considering his future options.
The Dutch international was not included in the matchday squad for the defeat to Chelsea for disciplinary reasons after an incident following the loss to Watford seven days earlier.
The 28-year-old has not started a game since the 3-0 victory over Newcastle at the end of October, and he is beginning to get frustrated with the lack of game time he is currently getting.

In a recent interview with Fox Sports, reported by the Sunderland Echo, he said:
It’s definitely annoying. I do not play and I did not come to the Premier League to sit on the bench. Something has to change. What, we will see though. A transfer in the winter? That could happen. Once the window is open, we will see what will happen.
It is unclear whether Sunderland would be willing to let the Dutchman leave having paid £13million for him in the summer, but Sam Allardyce apparently has an issue with his lack of work rate so it is not beyond the realms of possibility if the manager wants to bring in some funds to spend elsewhere.
