Sunderland went down 4-1 today in London against a very good Tottenham Hotspur side. The Black Cats took the lead against the run of play through Patrick Van Aanholt only for Spurs to equalise 90 seconds later through Christian Eriksen despite the efforts of Jordan Pickford and Lee Cattermole.
Tottenham ran away with the game in the second-half with goals from Harry Kane, Moussa Dembele and another from Eriksen saw off the Black Cats. The game will be remembered for a horrific debut cameo from German Jan Kirchhoff, see how the rest of the Black Cats players rated below:
