Sunderland are amongst a number of Premier League clubs keeping close tabs on contract negotiations between Crystal palace and club Captain Mile Jedinak.
The Australian international has fallen out of favour this season under Pardew and is said to be concerned about his lack of game time.
Crystal Palace have impressed many this season and in particular their current midfield players including Yohan Cabaye and Jordan Mutch.
Whilst Jedinak is not actively seeking a move from the South-London club, it is understood that he would consider a move to another Premier League team should the offer be good enough.

Alan Pardew looks to have considered the Australian surplus to requirements, as Palace have been heavily linked with Hull City midfielder, Mohamed Diamé. Should the deal go through, Jedinak could push for a move away from the club.
Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce will be sure to keep a close eye on negotiations between Palace and the player.
