The news, as reported by Get French Football is worth €11million, although that is yet to be confirmed by either club.

The deal will be completed when the player agrees personal terms and completes a medical.

The 24-year-old has been a key member of Willy Sagnol’s side this season. He’s featured in 30 games in all competitions and has scored six goals and been credited with seven assists.
The Tunisian international, who has 22 caps for his country, is equally comfortable playing on either flank or as a central attacking midfielder and will provide Sam Allardyce with a number of options in terms of where to deploy him.
The decision to being in Khazri will probably mean that Sunderland will end their chase for Swansea City’s Andre Ayew. They had reportedly hoped to secure a deal to bring the Ghanaian to the North East, but Swansea did not want to sell him, especially to a relegation rival.
