Many would say the former Watford man is one of Sunderland’s worst ever strikers in modern time, for all his hunger and desire he couldn’t do what he was paid to do, score goals. Like many signings, it is simply not meant to be, which doesn’t mean they can’t deliver the goods anywhere else.
