Former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes is being seen as a replacement for if Sam Allardyce takes the England job, The Telegraph reports.
With England being without a manager since Roy Hodgson resigned after crashing out of Euro 2016, there has been talks as to who would take over. It looks like the most likely option is Sunderland’s Allardyce, who is thought to have held talks with the FA over the role.
It has been said that former Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini could become Sunderland manager, but the Telegraph say that the club are going to make contact with Moyes to see if he would be interested in making a move.

The Scottish manager has been without a job since being sacked by Real Sociedad in November 2015. He only lasted one season as manager at Manchester United, after taking over the club when Sir Alex Ferguson retired. His most famous reign was the 11 years he spent as manager of Everton.
Sunderland narrowly missed out on being relegated to the Championship last season, but they were able to finish 17th. The teams they finished above to stay safe were Norwich and arch-rivals Newcastle.
