Sunderland take on Everton tomorrow night at the Stadium of Light.
The Black Cats are currently second from bottom of the table, with Southampton and Stoke the only other teams yet to win a league match this season.
A lot has changed for both teams since the 3-0 Sunderland win that guaranteed the Black Cats safety in this fixture last season. David Moyes has taken charge of a now much altered Sunderland squad, as has Ronald Koeman at Everton.
The club’s record signing Didier Ndong is available for the match, despite fears that he would be suspended due to a red card he picked up in France. Lee Cattermole is fit to return, whilst Jan Kirchhoff could also make an appearance – although he is unlikely to last the full 90 minutes.
Jack Rodwell and Steven Pienaar will both have a point to prove against their old club, as will David Moyes himself following his disappointing tenure at Manchester United.
We have predicted the starting XI that Moyes will name tomorrow.
