Fans are right to put all their focus primarily on the players that we have, here and now, on the pitch week in and week out, on the bench or in the reserves.
However there is senior players under contract with Sunderland that are currently overseas playing their trade for another team on loan, as well as being loaned out to lower leagues. Two of the said players however find themselves playing, somewhat, of a higher pedigree of competitive football in the Europa League and Champions League football, and in doing so have proved their worth and what they could have brought to Sunderland.
Although it is only early on in the season, and some good starts and bad starts don’t last throughout the campaign, hopefully the later for Sunderland in general. But a good start can signal the end of a loan spell and the immediate need for, Sunderland manager, David Moyes to hit that recall button and players will be on a plane back to Wearside.
To put things into perspective Sunderland haven’t loaned out young players requiring experience, but contrary to that Sunderland have loaned out four experienced senior players with a combined worth of 14.5 million pounds.
Therefore, we look to see how the four players are doing.
