- Wolves vs Sunderland
- Molineux
- 15:00 BST
Regis Le Bris has named his team to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers as Sunderland look to return to winning ways in the Premier League.
The Black Cats looked to have found some form, completing a double over Newcastle before edging Tottenham at the Stadium of Light.
However, Sunderland were defeated by Aston Villa due to a stoppage time goal scored by Tammy Abraham.
Then came last weekend’s loss, which was far more decisive. Nottingham Forest ran riot during their trip to the North East, claiming a 5-0 victory.
It is important for Sunderland to rediscover their previous form today and this really ought to be doable, as they are up against relegated Wolves.

Wolves are also in poor form
Luckily for Sunderland, Wolves are not doing too well either. In fact, they have failed to score in their three most recent matches, while conceding eight goals in the process.
Additionally, today’s visitors defeated Wolves 2-0 last October, and have not lost a match against the Premier League strugglers since December 2011.
So even though things have not been great over the past couple of weeks, all the signs are pointing towards a Sunderland victory this afternoon.
